- Réalisation d’une émission télévisée en direct et transmission du signal aux diffuseurs ;
- Booking des prestations artistiques ;

Le pouvoir adjudicateur choisira l’offre finale économiquement la plus avantageuse. Les offres finales régulières seront confrontées aux critères d’attribution suivants :

3. La qualité de la proposition d’émission télévisée (30 %) ;
4. La qualité de la proposition pour la gestion des bars et des espaces de restauration (10 %).
