Die geplante Lärmschutzanlage (Kurzbezeichnung LSA) dient dem Schutz von schutzwürdigen Objekten im Bereich der A1 West Autobahn entlang der RFB Salzburg zwischen ASt. Enns West (Km 158+000) – KN Linz (km 168+000).
Die LSA liegt am rechten Fahrbahnrand und wird einerseits als Neubau (teilweise Abtrag der bestehenden LSW), andererseits als Kassettentausch errichtet. Die derzeit geplante LSA soll mit einer Schirmhöhe von bis zu 9,00m errichtet werden. Die LSA kommt im Freilandbereich sowie auf einigen Brücken- bzw. neu zu errichtenden Parallelbauwerken zu liegen.
