Aufgrund des Bauablaufes und durch zusätzliche erforderliche Arbeiten im Baufeld sind zusätzliche Leistungen notwendig.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers ist aus technischen und wirtschaftlichen Gründen nicht möglich, da die gegenständliche Vertragsänderung in einem engen wirtschaftlichen bzw. technischen Zusammenhang mit dem ursprünglichen Auftrag steht (erforderliche Leistung für Leistungsziel). Dieser würde für den Auftraggeber zudem zu erheblichen Schwierigkeiten in der Auftragsabwicklung, wie z.B. zusätzliche Schnittstellen, Projektverzögerungen, aber auch zu beachtlichen Mehrkosten aufgrund von Doppelbearbeitungen, Einarbeitungen, etwaigen zeitlichen Verzögerungen usw. führen.
