Vermessung des Freilandbereiches, welches nicht im ursprünglichen Auftrag enthalten war.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Die zusätzlichen Aufwände für die Planung der FÜK L26 und Vermessungsarbeiten Freiland sind berechtigt, da gem. Vertrag Punkt D.4.1.13 ein Anspruch infolge Leistungsänderung gerechtfertigt ist. Es ist hierbei die Wirtschaftlichkeit gegeben, da die Preise in diesem MKF aus dem sehr günstigen Angebot des ggst. Angebotes abgeleitet wurden. Eine Neuvergabe könnte somit auch zu höheren Kosten führen.
