The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason:
- absence of competition for technical reasons

Explanation:

Im Rahmen der Vereinheitlichung der Laparoskopietürme im Zentral-OP fiel die Wahl auf die Fima Storz, deren Geräte mittlerweile seit 2015 im gesamten Z-OP-Bereich im Einsatz sind und wodurch sich eine Kompatibilität unter den Laparoskopietürmen ergibt. Der erheblicher Vorteil liegt hier in der Möglichkeit, Module bei intraopertivem Ausfall (Lichtquelle oder Videoeinheit) sofort untereinander austauschen zu können. Nur mit diesem Gerät der Firma Storz kann die Kompatibilität zwischen den bestehenden Laparoskopietürmen im Z-OP sichergestellt werden. Sollte diese Möglichkeit der Kompatibilität nicht gegeben sein und es zu einem Ausfall des Systems kommen, muss entweder der laufende Eingriff abgebrochen werden, oder es muss von einem Minimaleingriff auf einen größeren Eingriff (Laparotomie) umgestiegen werden. Im Zuge eines solchen Umstieges entstehen größere Wundflächen, welche zu intensiveren Schmerzen und einer deutlich längeren Genesungszeit führen. Des Weiteren kommt es durch den Wundverschluss (lange Naht) auch zu vermeidbaren und unschönen kosmetischen Folgen.
