La impartición de formación específica, dirigido al personal de gestión y servicios de Atención Primaria de Mallorca se basa en la necesidad de mejorar la eficiencia y calidad de los servicios y en la adecuación formativa para el desarrollo de sus funciones.Afecta a todos los profesionales de las admisiones de los centros de salud, unidades básicas y oficinas de la gerencia de Atención Primaria de Mallorca.Con la realización de formación teórico practica se garantiza actualizar sus conocimientos, adquirir nuevas herramientas y desarrollar su potencial y consecuentemente una mejor calidad asistencial y al mismo tiempo permite incrementar la eficiencia de las consultas y de las urgencias, lo que aumenta la eficacia de la atención primara al prevenir la masificación de la asistencia hospitalaria.
