        Für die AnwenderInnen der Gesundheitsportal-Plattform soll ein IT Service Desk für die Annahme von Störungen und sonstigen Anfragen geschaffen werden. Ausschreibungsgegenstand in Los 2 ist einerseits die sukzessive Übernahme der Betriebsverantwortung von Service Desk Leistungen und andererseits der laufende Betrieb des Service Desk für bestehende zentrale IT-Services und zukünftige neue IT-Services der AG in Form eines Managed Service Desk.
