         Die Vergabestelle ist der in der Region Nordhausen zuständige Wasserversorger. Für ihren Versorgungsauftrag benötigt sie ab dem 01.01.2024 (Vertragsbeginn) bis 31.12.2025 (Vertragsende) kontinuierlich Montagematerial.

         Gegenstand des Auftrags (als Rahmenvertrag) ist die bedarfsgerechte Belieferung der Vergabestelle mit DVGW-zugelassenem Montagematerial (Formstücke, Armaturen, Rohre, Fittings/Schrauben, Wasserzähler) für das gesamte Verbandsgebiet.

         Die Belieferung erfolgt auf der Grundlage separater Einzelaufträge (zu den Bedingungen des Rahmenvertrages) entweder zu dem Lager der Vergabestelle, Hallesche Straße 132, 99734 Nordhausen oder an deren künftige Baustellen.

         Vertragsgegenstand ist die Verpflichtung des zukünftigen Auftragnehmers, die Vergabestelle im Bedarfsfall auf der Grundlage von Einzelbestellungen mit spezifischem Montagematerial entgeltlich zu beliefern. Dieser Rahmenvertrag begründet jedoch keinen Anspruch auf den Abschluss von Einzelaufträgen. Dem zukünftigen Auftragnehmer werden dementsprechend auch keine Mindestmengen garantiert.

         Die Leistungen sind im Zeitraum von 1.1.2024 bis 31.12.2025 zu erbringen.

         Das Montagematerial muss grundsätzlich für eine vorschriftsmäßige, sichere Verwendung geeignet sein und dem Stand der Technik entsprechen. Darüber hinaus gelten folgende Materialanforderungen:

         - der Auftragnehmer liefert ausschließlich die in der Ausschreibung benannten Fabrikate, Typen und Ausführungen. Abweichungen sind nur in begründeten Ausnahmefällen und nur nach schriftlicher Zustimmung des Auftraggebers zulässig,

         - es ist jeweils DVGW-zugelassenes Material zu liefern, soweit im Leistungsverzeichnis nicht ausdrücklich etwas anderes vermerkt ist,

         - bei organischen Werkstoffen, welche im Trinkwasserbereich eingesetzt werden sollen, sind die Vorgaben des DVGW-Arbeitsblattes W 270 und die UBA-Leitlinien einzuhalten,

         - alle verwendeten Werkstoffe und Materialien müssen den Vorgaben der §§ 13-16 der am 20.06.2023 geänderten Trinkwasserverordnung (TrinkwV) entsprechen,

         - metallische Werkstoffe müssen gemäß der DIN 50930-6 und den UBA-Leitlinien geprüft sein,

         - Zementgebundene Werkstoffe müssen den Vorgaben der DVGW Arbeitsblätter W 347 und W 270 entsprechen.

         Das vertragsgegenständliche Montagematerial wird in einem zukünftigen Leistungsverzeichnis abschließend angeführt; darin werden dann auch einzelnen Materialteile entsprechend ihrer Funktion bestimmten Abschnitten zugeordnet:

         - Abschnitt 1 – Formstücke,

         - Abschnitt 2 – Armaturen,

         - Abschnitt 3 – Rohre,

         - Abschnitt 4 – Fittings, Schrauben und Dichtungen,

         - Abschnitt 5 – Kaltwasserzähler.
