MARKTERKUNDUNG - Die Stadt Wien - Wiener Gesundheitsverbund plant die Beschaffung eines neuen CT-Systems für die zentrale Notaufnahme der Klink Donaustadt. Das zu beschaffende CT-System soll für einen Schockraum, der über zwei Schockraumplätze verfügt, beschafft bzw dort eingesetzt werden, wodurch sich bestimmte (zwingende) technische und medizinische Anforderungen an das zu beschaffende System ergeben. Diese sind im Detail in Teil B (Leistungsbeschreibung / AG-Anforderungen) beschrieben. Bei der gegenständlichen unverbindlichen Markterkundung gemäß § 24 BVergG handelt es sich um kein Vergabeverfahren iSd BVergG; im Zuge dieser Markterkundung erfolgt daher keine Auftragsvergabe oder Zuschlagserteilung.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Um einen Überblick über am Markt verfügbare, geeignete Lösungen zu erhalten, führt die Auftraggeberin die gegenständliche unverbindliche Markterkundung durch. Interessenten sind eingeladen, im Rahmen der Teilnahme an der gegenständlichen Markterkundung ihre Produkte bzw Lösungen entsprechend den Anforderungen der Auftraggeberin darzustellen. Die derart von den Interessenten zur Verfügung gestellten Informationen können in der Folge von der Auftraggeberin zur Planung und Durchführung eines Vergabeverfahrens genutzt werden (sofern dadurch der Wettbewerb nicht verzerrt oder gegen die Grundsätze des Vergabeverfahrens verstoßen wird). Die Teilnahme an der Markterkundung ist für Interessenten freiwillig und keine Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme an einem allfälligen späteren Vergabeverfahren zum Gegenstand der Markterkundung. Die Teilnahme an der Markterkundung ist für Interessenten aber dahingehend vorteilhaft, als sie der Auftraggeberin derart Informationen und Anregungen für ein allfälliges späteres Vergabeverfahren übermitteln können.
