         Die Umweltbundesamt GmbH als Auftraggeber beabsichtigt ein neues Flüssigchromatographie-Triple-Quadrupol-Massenspektrometer-(LC-MS/MS-)System (in der Folge LC-MS/MS) zu beschaffen, welches ein Komplettsystem darstellt, inkl. aller zum Betrieb notwendigen Zusatzgeräte, sowie Hard- und Software. Weiter wird nach Ablauf der Garantiefrist ein Wartungsvertrag für die Vertragsdauer von 2 Jahren abgeschlossen.

         Das Einsatzgebiet des LC-MS/MS ist die schnelle und leistungsstarke Erfassung einer Vielzahl an organischen Schadstoffen in verschiedenen Matrizes der Umwelt- und Lebensmittelanalytik. Weitere Anwendungsgebiete sind die Produkt- und Chemikalienkontrolle sowie die Durchführung von (Human)-Biomonitoringuntersuchungen. Eine entsprechende Robustheit in Bezug auf die angeführten Matrizes ist daher Voraussetzung. Das LC-MS/MS System muss für hohe Probendurchsätze und einen gesicherten Übernacht-Betrieb geeignet sein. Die Wartung und Reinigung muss für einen zeit- und kosteneffizienten Betrieb einfach handhabbar sein und nach Einschulung (Geräte- und Softwareschulung) durch den Auftragnehmer vom Personal des Auftraggebers durch dieses weitestgehend selbstständig ausführbar sein. Es sollen bis zu vier Mitarbeiter des Auftraggebers am Sitz des Auftraggebers durch den Auftragnehmer geschult werden. Die Termine für die Schulungen sind zwischen Auftraggeber und Auftragnehmer ab-zustimmen. Bei dem zu vergebenden Auftrag handelt es sich um einen Lieferauftrag iSd § 6 BVergG 2018.
