         Die Geldservice Austria Logistik für Wertgestionierung und Transportkoordination G.m.b.H („GSA“) plant die Beschaffung (dh Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung) von Maschinen, sog Einzahlungsterminals („EZTs“), wobei jeweils ein spezieller Gerätetyp für Banknoten („Banknoten-EZT“) und Münzen („Münz-EZT“) vorgesehen ist. Die Einzahlungsterminals werden durch die GSA beim Kunden der GSA aufgestellt, in welchen sodann der Kunde seine Tageslosung an Bargeld (gegen Ausgabe eines entsprechenden Beleges) einzahlen kann. Ziel dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmen zur Lieferung und Wartung der Einzahlungsterminals.
