Seitens der Stadt Innsbruck und der Gemeinde Natters besteht der Wunsch, den Ersatzneubau der Sillbrücke II zu nützen und eine von der Fahrbahnplatte abgehängte Radwegbrücke zu realisieren.Mit dem vorliegenden Änderungsauftrag wird die Planung (Einreichplanung und Ausschreibungsplanung) der Radwegbrücke in Auftrag gegeben.

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Seitens der Stadt Innsbruck und der Gemeinde Natters besteht der Wunsch, den Ersatzneubau der Sillbrücke II zu nützen und eine von der Fahrbahnplatte abgehängte Radwegbrücke zu realisieren.Mit dem vorliegenden Änderungsauftrag wird die Planung (Einreichplanung und Ausschreibungsplanung) der Radwegbrücke in Auftrag gegeben.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Erst nach Vergabe des Auftrages hat sich im Zuge der Projektbearbeitung von Seiten der Stadt Innsbruck bzw. der Gemeinde Natters der Wunsch für die Abhängung einer Radwegbrücke am neu zu errichtenden Brückenbauwerk ergeben. Dies war zum Zeitpunkt der Ausschreibung nicht absehbar. Zur Vermeidung von Planungsschnittstellen wurde von Seiten der ASFINAG festgelegt, dass die Planung und Ausführung der Radwegbrücke über die von der ASFINAG, für die Planung und Ausführung der Autobahnbrücke beauftragten/zu beauftragenden AN erfolgen muss. Die Beauftragung der Planung muss daher im Rahmen des bereits bestehenden Auftrages erfolgen. Eine Neuausschreibung der zu beauftragenden Leistung wäre aus planungsablauftechnischer und wirtschaftlicher Sicht nachteilig.
