Der GVA Pöchlarn beabsichtigt eine Anpassung an den Stand der Technik und Erweiterung der Kläranlage Pöchlarn. Die Stadtgemeinde Melk plant eine Neuerrichtung der Kläranlage. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Errichtung der maschinellen Ausrüstung gemäß Baubeschreibung bzw. Leistungsverzeichnis.

Die 7 Lose – 7 Hauptgruppen können getrennt/einzeln oder gemeinsam angeboten werden.

Die Angebotsbeurteilung und die Bestbieterermittlung erfolgt für jedes Los getrennt und zusätzlich unter Berücksichtigung eines allfällig gewährten Gesamtnachlass / -aufschlag bei Gesamtvergabe aller angebotenen Hauptgruppen. Nähere Erläuterung und eine „Beispielberechnung“ im Angebotsschreiben.

Der Zuschlag wird gemäß den Angaben in der Ausschreibung dem technisch und wirtschaftlich günstigsten Angebot wie folgt erteilt: Das Angebot mit den geringsten Bewertungskosten ergibt sich als das Bestangebot.

Es wird die für die Auftraggeber günstigste Kombination aller 7 Lose (=HG) ausgewählt; auch wenn durch entsprechende Preisgestaltung allenfalls für ein einzelnes Los nicht das Bestangebot für dieses Los gewählt wird. Dabei sind verschiedene Kombinationen aus einzelnen HG, aus Gruppen von HG oder ein Gesamtangebot möglich.
