La modificación para este nuevo período que se establece, tiene por objeto la baja del sistema de braquiterapia especificado tanto en el contrato de origen como en los Pliegos de

reguladores del procedimiento de adjudicación.

La nueva mensualidad se aplicará con efectos retroactivos desde el 1 de enero de 2023. hasta el fin de la vigencia del presente contrato

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Tras la puesta en marcha del contrato, se hizo necesaria la modificación del expediente para recoger diversas nuevas circunstancias en el contenido del contrato, dándose de baja varios equipos y especialmente el sistema de braquiterapia.
