Insgesamt soll ein ca. 300m² großer zweiter Stock mit Büros, einem Aufenthaltsraum, Sanitär- und einer Litftanlage errichtet werden. Die HSLK Arbeiten umfassen dabei vor allem folgende Leistungen:
