Ergänzend wird eine Druckleitung DN800 hergestellt, welche nicht im Hauptauftrag vorgesehen ist. Das Rohrmaterial der Umgehungsleitungen wird von Beton auf PE/PP geändert. Im Bereich des Absetzbeckens der GSA S7.20 sind bodenverbessernde Maßnahmen notwendig, dies erfolgt mittels Stabilisierung.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers ist aus technischen und wirtschaftlichen Gründen nicht möglich, da die gegenständliche Vertragsänderung in einem engen wirtschaftlichen bzw. technischen Zusammenhang mit dem ursprünglichen Auftrag steht. Zudem würde ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers für den Auftraggeber zu erheblichen Schwierigkeiten in der Auftragsabwicklung führen, da eine zeitliche Unterbrechung des Auftrages die termingerechte Realisierung des Projektes gefährden und auch unzählige Schnittstellenprobleme aufwerfen würde. In weiterer Folge wäre der Auftraggeber auch mit beachtlichen Zusatzkosten aufgrund von Einarbeitungen, Vorbereitungsmaßnahmen, unvermeidbare Parallelbearbeitung bzw. allfälligen Stehzeiten konfrontiert.
