Zur Vorbereitung eines in Aussicht genommenen Vergabeverfahrens zum Abschluss eines Allianzvertrages führt der Auftraggeber eine Markterkundung gemäß § 24 BVergG 2018 durch. Ziel dieser Markterkundung ist es, Vorschläge oder Lösungsansätze zur Ausgestaltung der Ausschreibungs- und Vertragsunterlagen von interessierten Unternehmen zu erlangen, um – in weiterer Folge – das in den beiliegenden Unterlagen näher beschriebene Projekt umzusetzen. Der Auftraggeber lädt alle Interessenten ein die Fragen aus der beiliegenden Unterlage zu beantworten, gegebenenfalls Vorschläge bzw Lösungsansätze für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit zu präsentieren, eigene Fragen für die Dialogrunde zu stellen und elektronisch über den im Punkt I.3 angeführten Link zum Beschaffungsportal hochzuladen.
