Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die MKF 14 ergab sich aus einerseits aus technischen Notwendigkeiten (Bohrlochausbauten nach dem Stand der Technik anhand der vorgefundenen Untergrundverhältnisse) bzw. andererseits durch kurzfristige Anpassungen des Bohr- und Versuchsprogrammes sowie aufgrund behördlicher Vorgaben. Aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht erscheint es sinnvoll, den Hauptauftragnehmer Bohrungen mit den zusätzlichen Arbeiten mittels Zustimmung zu den MKFs zu beauftragen, da die vorhandenen Baustelleneinrichtungen, Personal und Gerätschaften der Firma Eder unmittelbar herangezogen werden können. Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers erscheint somit bei den angeführten MKFs aus wirtschaftlichen und technischen Gründen nicht zielführend. Überdies wäre ein Wechsel des AN neben technischen mit erheblichen organisatorisch Schwierigkeiten und damit mit beträchtlichen Zusatzkosten für den Auftraggeber verbunden.
