         Die zwei bestehenden Schubbodenbunker in der Biogas Wien haben das Ende ihrer Lebensdauer erreicht und werden demontiert.

         Ziel des Projekts ist nach der Demontage der Schubböden in den bestehenden Stahlbeton-Bunkernischen auf den vorhandenen Trägern zwei neue Bunkersysteme inkl. Bunkeraustragssystem zur Förderung von Bioabfällen und Speiseresten einzubauen, es kann auch eine Abstützung der Bunker auf den Hallenboden vorgesehen werden.

         Einer der Bunker soll mit einem Schneckenboden zur vorwiegenden Behandlung von flüssig/pastösen Abfällen wie Speiseresten ausgestattet werden, dieser wird als geschlossener und flüssigkeitsdichter Bunker in Edelstahl mit hydraulischem Deckel aus-geführt.

         Der andere Bunker wird mit einem Leiterrostboden bzw. Lamellenschubboden zur vor-wiegenden Förderung von fester Biomasse ausgestattet. Dieser Bunker muss flüssigkeitsdicht ausgeführt werden. Die Bunkerwanne muss für Aufnahme einer hochmolekularen Kunststoff- Schleißschutzverkleidung der Bunkerwände vorbereitet sein. Die Aufnahme muss derart gestaltet sein das ein flüssigkeitsdichter Übergang von Verschleißschutz und Bunkerwanne ermöglicht wird.

         Den Bunkern angeschlossen soll ein Aufbereitungssystem inklusive Fördertechnik für Bioabfall, Suspension und Störstoffen eingebaut werden. Dieses Aufbereitungssystem soll den Austrag von Störstoffen sowie die Herstellung einer Suspension gewährleisten. Als Trennstufe sollen Trennmühlen oder ein gleichwertiges System verwendet werden. Eine Entwässerung des Störstoffaustrags ist vorzusehen. Störstoffe sind in einen entsprechenden Container abzuwerfen, die erzeugte Suspension ist dem bestehenden Leitungsnetz zuzuführen, ohne dass dessen bestehende Funktionalität eingeschränkt wird.

         Der in der Biogas Anlage bestehende Speisereste Bunker soll in die neue Aufbereitungslinie eingebunden werden. Die Bestandstrennmühle soll in den zu errichtenden Störstoffaustrag eingebunden werden.
