The purpose of this sourcing exercise is to commission an approved list of suitably qualified and experienced independent investigators to:-

• To conduct appropriate investigations into allegations made against staff.

• To conduct interviews with individuals where and when appropriate.

• To compile reports inline/as set out by the Welsh Governments Disciplinary/Dismissal Procedures Policy.

• To be able to attend and present the investigation report at the relevant hearings.
