As part of the Shared Prosperity Fund, Carmarthenshire County Council are seeking an experienced consultant to help deliver External Landlord Intervention to address the high vacant property rates across all three primary towns in Carmarthenshire (Ammanford, Carmarthen and Llanelli). We are looking to procure the services of a specialist consultant to liaise directly with Landlords and owners of identified vacant properties across the three primary town centres to explore innovative solutions to bring units back into use.

The Shared Prosperity Funding through UK Gov’s LUF agenda (the funding body) has indicated that funding is available until October 2024. Subject to the continuation of the aforementioned funding, the Contract shall be for a period of 9 months and must be completed by the end of November 2024.

left hand side of the screen

3. Responding to the tender

- At the top of the screen you can choose to Create Response or Decline to Respond (please give a reason if

declining)

- You can now use the Messages function on to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification

- Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT
