A mini-competition exercise has been carried our through Lot 1 of Wrexham County borough Councils Void and Decant Property Repairs and Refurbishment Framework, reference HBS 1159 / PROC-21-219.

The contracted work will involve the re-decoration of the Void property refurbishments completed by the Council’s in-house DLO. The size of the properties can range from one bedroom to four bedrooms.
