2 Contract Details
2.1 Title

Empire Complex Holyhead - Extension and Renovation V2

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

The Empire will have a comprehensive refurbishment primarily focusing on an extension to provide additional space to accommodate a party room and café seating area, with an extended playframe. The cinema is being refurbished with more generous seating and existing windows are being replaced. The contract is being awarded based on 50% quality and 50% cost
