The proposed contract will include the delivery of Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishments, to properties owned and managed by Sovereign Network Homes. The contract may include the delivery of planned and project works but this will be at SNH discretion and will be dependent on performance. The successful Contractor shall deliver a high-quality service offering value for money to residents and also provide and secure continuous improvements across all of the works. The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years with a possible extension of a further 2 years (5 years in total).

On 1st October 2023 Network Homes Limited and Sovereign Housing Association Limited merged to form Sovereign Network Group (SNG), Network Homes Limited changed its name to Sovereign Network Homes and is now a subsidiary of SNG. On 1st April 2025, we will merge fully to become Sovereign Network Group. This new contract will be tendered and awarded in the name of SNH, however this will be novated to SNG and made available to the wider group.
