Refurbishment of the existing car park at the Lower Wireworks site to include the resurfacing of the existing car park and the provision of 34 car parking spaces, including 3 disabled parking bays and 4 electric vehicle (EV) parking bays. The provision of the EV charging units is outside the scope of this commission but the commission does include for the installation of ducting for future provision of the EV charging units. There is also dedicated provision of a dedicated area for motorcycle parking.Please see tender documents for further information.
