NHS INDEPENDENT RAISING CONCERNS PROVISION - Guardian / freedom to speak up service for Swansea Bay Health board employees.

The service will allow staff to raise concerns in a confidential and safe way is an important part of enabling staff to manage their wellbeing, feel happy and engaged in work and supports attendance and performance.
