2.1 Title

Public Rights of Way and Countryside Maintenance Framework 2023

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

Pembrokeshire County Council invites you to submit a bid called a Tender for Inclusion on a Framework for Countryside Public Rights of Way and general maintenance. Please note that this Framework is also available for use by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority as a named participant. Each Authority will be responsible for its own contract awards and these will be in the form of an official purchase order from the relevant authority. Whilst it is the Councils intention to utilise the Framework Agreement for the award of contracts during its term, the Council makes no guarantee as to any levels of awards that will be made and reserves the right to award contracts outside of the Framework Agreement where chosen to do so.
