Hagley Catholic High School is part of the Emmaus Multi Academy Company that was established in 2021 and are a mixed 11-18 school in Hagley, Worcestershire, England with approximately 1,130 students. The school is situated in a semi-rural setting but based close to Worcestershire, Dudley and Birmingham. The school was graded Good in their most recent Ofsted inspection.

Hagley Catholic High School, prides itself on high standards, excellent collaboration, and partnerships with all its stakeholders, providing the very best service – and as such, would expect nothing less from anyone else.

Hagley Catholic High School anticipates an increase in numbers to the Sixth Form in the years ahead, of circa 30/40 students, which could have a knock-on effect on the transport requirements. Hagley also has a feeder school in Stourport, with no direct transport link and is keen to try and re-establish a transport link within the area.

The Client is looking for a Transport Service partner that adds value through the provision of a safe, efficient and ‘value for money’ service to their pupils and can manage the scheduled and ad hoc travel requirements, both current and into the future.

The contract will be for three years in duration, with the option to extend for a further one period of up to two years and with a commencement date of 1 September 2023.

TUPE regulations do not apply to this contract.
