Purchaser: National Agency for Social Protection (NASP) under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Contract Reference and Subject: UZ-INSON-RFQ-3.2.3 - Software Licenses for Research and M&E Activities.

The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) toward the cost of the project Innovative Social Protection System for Integration of Vulnerable Populations “Inson” and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the supply of Software Licenses for Research and M&E Activities.

The Purchaser hereby invites eligible Suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of Software Licenses for Research and M&E Activities in accordance with the Request for Quotations (RFQ) document.

Bidding will be conducted through Request for Quotations (RFQ), as specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (September 2023), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Regulations.

Award will be made to the lowest evaluated substantially responsive Supplier, in accordance with the requirements specified in the RFQ.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below during office hours (09:00–18:00, Monday–Friday).

The RFQ documents are available in English and Russian. In case of discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. The following link should be accessed for details of the tender and terms of reference (RFQ document):

The validity period of quotations shall be 60 days from the deadline for submission.

Price offers should be submitted in sealed envelopes to the address below. Electronic applications will not be accepted. Late bids will be rejected.

Deadline for submission of quotations is March 10, 2026 at 16:00 Tashkent time.
