Purchaser: National Agency for Social Protection (NASP) under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Contract Reference and Subject: UZ-INSON-RFQ-3.2.4 - IT equipment to support data collection and processing.

The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) toward the cost of the project Innovative Social Protection System for Inclusion of Vulnerable Populations “Inson” and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the supply of ICT equipment.

The Purchaser hereby invites eligible Suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of ICT equipment in accordance with the Request for Quotations (RFQ) document.

Bidding will be conducted through Request for Quotations (RFQ), as specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (September 2023), and is open to all eligible suppliers as defined in the Regulations.

Award will be made to the lowest evaluated substantially responsive Supplier, in accordance with the requirements specified in the RFQ.

Interested suppliers may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below during office hours (09:00–18:00, Monday–Friday).

The RFQ documents are available in English and Russian. In case of discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. The following link should be accessed for details of the tender and technical specifications of the equipment to be procured:

The validity period of quotations shall be 30 days from the deadline for submission.

Quotations shall be submitted in sealed envelopes in sealed envelopes clearly marked ‘RFQ UZ-INSON-RFQ-3.2.4’ to the address below. Electronic applications will not be accepted. Late quotations will be rejected.

Deadline for submission of quotations is March 10, 2026 at 16:00 Tashkent time.
