• “Qoraqalpoq Suv Ta’minoti” JSC has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Project “Reconstruction and expansion of the sewerage systems in Nukus, Takhiatash and Khodjeyli cities of the Republic of Karakalpakstan”, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for: Construction and Reconstruction of Sewage Network, Sewage Pumping Station in Nukus North
• “Qoraqalpoq Suv Ta’minoti ” JSC now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction and Reconstruction of Sewage Network, Sewage Pumping Station in Nukus North.

The period for construction works is 14 months.

• Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) Small Works as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Mr. Shavkat Norqobilov, Head of the branch of JSC Uzsuvtaminot PMU of the WB and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09:00 to 17:00 at the address given below.
• The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$ 200 or the equivalent in Uzbek soums, according to the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the date of payment. The method of payment - bank transfer to the account below:

Interested Bidders may receive an electronic version of the complete bidding documents in English upon submission of a written application to the address below. Upon request, the document can be sent by email.

• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before on or before 16:00 (Tashkent time) September 26, 2025. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below, on or before 16:00 (Tashkent time) September 26, 2025.
• All bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration. The Form is included in Section IV.
• Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
