DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to solicit a long-term contract for NSN 2530-011942049. The purpose of this notice is to locate business concerns interested in manufacturing this item. The solicitation will be synopsized separately later.

RQ001: TAILORED HIGHER LEVEL CONTRACT QUALITY REQUIREMENTS

(MANUFACTURERS AND NON-MANUFACTURERS)

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) limits distribution of export-control technical data to DLA contractors that have an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification, have completed the Introduction to Proper Handling of DOD Export-Controlled Technical Data Training and the DLA Export-Controlled Technical Data Questionnaire (both are available at the web address given below), and have been approved by the DLA controlling authority to access the export-controlled data. Instructions for obtaining access to the export-controlled data can be found at:

Drawings can be downloaded by authorized users from the c-Folders website https://pcf1x.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders. Offerors are asked to reference LTC project number CL24122002.

The NSN is to be procured in accordance with drawings.

Sources interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation should complete the attached market survey and spreadsheet and return the completed copies to Marshall Lynn at marshall.lynn@dla.mil by November 12th, 2024.
