Addendum #1: Section #5 Itemized Serial Number: corrections made on the APM numbers.

ASRC Federal Field Services, LLC (further known as AFFS) on behalf of the 71st ISS, is seeking to obtain Request for Quotes for a 1 year Extension of maintenance for Dell IDPA, Dell Network Switches, and Dell VxRail with VMWARE VCF at Vance AFB, Oklahoma.

1. SUBJECT MATTER:

Extend warranty/maintenance and software licenses: A four node VxRail cluster, two DP4400 IDPA, and two Dell 4048 top of rack switches located at Vance AFB in Bldg 500 Rm 0024 require extension of maintenance. The Value Added Reseller (VAR) will provide services specified below for hardware warranty/maintenance and software licenses.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICE:

Extend warranty and maintenance: VAR will extend ProSupport 4HR/Mission Critical in accordance with the terms specified in sections 3 and 4. VAR will provide this service for serial numbers specified in section 5.

Software Licensing: VAR will provide software licensing required to extend VxRail/VMWARE software support in accordance with specifications in section 6.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE LEVELS:

Response Time: Warranty/Maintenance provider must respond to service request within 4 hours.

Parts Retention: All failed hard drives or other storage devices must be retained by the customer.

4. WARRANTY AND LICENSING TERM:

All extended warranties/maintenance and licensing terms shall be extended for a term of 1 year beginning on or after the maintenance expiration date of the serial numbers provided below. Software licensing terms shall begin on the date or after the expiration of current software support as provided by the VMWARE site ID provided in section 6.

6. SOFTWARE LICENSES:

In accordance with Broadcom policy the VMware licenses for the Dell/EMC VxRail cluster shall be converted to VMware Cloud Foundation with a CPU core count of 80. The customer Broadcom Site ID is 16087929.

All questions will need to be turned in on the attached Q/A form to betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil NLT 10/7/24.

Award will be based on as a Firm Fixed Price, best value/technically acceptable to the government.

Subcontractor will need to be registared in SAM.gov at the time of award.

Forms have been attached and will need to be completed before an award is made.
