INTRODUCTION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 was published in the Federal Register May 22, 2024. This acquisition is full and open competition.

DESCRIPTION
The US Geological Survey, Pacific Coastal and Marine, requires a dotOCEAN manufactured Graviprobe as described in the attached salient characteristics.

RELEVENT INFORMATION
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334519 Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing, and associated size standard 600 applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code 6635 Physical Properties Testing and Inspection.

All questions must be sent directly to rlujan@usgs.gov by 09/09/2024. Quotes shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contract Specialist at rlujan@usgs.gov. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 09/13/2024 at 0800 hours central time. Proposals submitted by hardcopy or any web portal shall not be accepted or considered.

Offerors are to include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation as seen in the Salient Characteristics (see Attachment). This may include product literature, references, or other documents, if necessary, and is to include the country of manufacture.
