Prepare for and accomplish the regular overhaul and dry docking of USNS JOHN LENTHALL (T-AO 189) as specified in the solicitation and in accordance with the work item package. The anticipated period of performance is 23 March 2025 to 19 September 2025. The place of performance for this contract shall be the contractor’s facility. Area of consideration is East Coast and Gulf Coast.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.

MSC has received interest from 2 or more small business concerns in the past under NAICS 336611, which resulted in decision to solicit as 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The MSC Small Business representative and Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative concurs with decision to solicit as 100% Total Small Business Set Aside.
