The Regional Contracting Office – Parris Island is seeking vendors who can provide 12st Marine Corp District (MCD) with professional moving services The intent of the government is to seek vendors that are able to support this relocation as indicated below. All feedback and information received is for Market Research Purposes Only.

Relocation Information

Move From Location: 4735 E Marginal Way S #1238, Seattle, WA 98134 (First Floor)

Move To Location: 600 SW 39th St, Suite 250, Renton, WA 98057 (Second Floor)

Building Specifications for Move To Location:

• • 72” wide clearance through main doorways
  • 36” wide clearance into office space
  • Elevator with 42” wide and 87” high doors
  • Elevator interior: 74” wide and 47” deep with door closed

Distance: Less than 15 miles between Move From Location and Move To Location

Requirements

Provide all necessary labor, equipment, and expertise to successfully execute the relocation of an entire office. The move encompasses a wide range of tasks, including disassembly, packing, transportation, reassembly, and cleanup.
