Special Notice: Sources Sought The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 08, West Palm Beach VA Medical Center (WPBVAMC) located at 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410 is
looking for certified, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small business, and/or other than small businesses sources for the
following: Off-site Teleradiology - Mammography Services. The authority for this procurement is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12,
Acquisition of Commercial Items. Place of Performance: Off-site at the contractor s location. Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance for this contract will be from
11/01/2024 through 10/31/2029 for the base year and four (4) one (1) year option periods. Description of Services: The Contractor shall furnish all key personnel to provide services
necessary to perform Tele-Radiology - Mammography Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, West Palm Beach VA Medical Center. The VA Radiology
Services follow the standards & guidelines set forth by American College of Radiology (ACR). A contractor providing Tele-radiology - Mammography services shall provide services that
meet or exceed the American College of Radiology Guidelines https://www.acr.org/-/media/ACR/Files/Practice-Parameters/IRClin-Prac-Mgmt.pdf.pdf. Contractor shall provide board certified
Radiologists to perform final teleradiology - mammography Interpretation services. Examination images captured by West Palm Beach VA Medical Center will be transmitted to the contractor
using the DICOM protocol and the Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) compliant encryption. Upon receipt of captured image and patient information from WPBVAMC, the contractor
shall provide an interpretation for studies. WPBVAMC personnel will inform the contractor once images are ready for viewing once the images are sent using the PACS electronic system.
These procedures will be rendered in writing once the contract is awarded. This is a request for sources and information only and it is intended for market research and planning purposes,
which may or may not lead to a future solicitation. This is not a request for quotes. The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice. Requests
for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged. However, if your firm can provide these requirements and it is interested in this opportunity, please provide written
notification to the Contracting Officer. SDVOSB or VOSB must be certified in the Veterans Small Business Certification website at: Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) Services
and documentation of care provided under the resultant contract shall be subject to quality management and safety standards as established by VA, consistent with the standards published
by the Joint Commission (TJC) or equivalent. The contractor shall develop and maintain Quality Improvement/ Quality Assurance Programs and provision of care equal to or exceeding VA
Standards for employees. The results of all Quality Improvement activities performed by the contractor involving VA patients will be shared with VA Quality Management Office.
Responsibilities of the contractor: Contractor shall be responsible for meeting or exceeding VA and Joint Commission (or equivalent) standards. The contractor shall provide its services
that meet or exceed the American College of Radiology Guidelines https://www.acr.org/-/media/ACR/Files/Practice-Parameters/IRClin-Prac-Mgmt.pdf.pdf. Conflicts of Interest: Contractor has
reviewed applicable Federal, State, and local conflict of interest laws to assure that conflict of interest situations does not inadvertently arise. Confidentiality: Contractor agrees to
abide by all applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the privacy of patients and or VA employees, including all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
of 1996/ Information Security regulations as they are implemented within the VA. The contractor also agrees to abide by the confidentiality requirements of the protocols. Only responses
from authorized representatives of the firm will be considered. Adequate knowledge, skills, and abilities providing 30-Day Community-Based Emergency Transitional Residential Environment
