Intent to Purchase VOIP Informacast Software Subscription with Yearly Software Maintenance.

USDA APHIS Procurement intends on awarding subscription for Yearly InformaCast Mobile and Yearly Maintenance Subscription Per End Point License (Qty 1000+ Endpoints) for USDA MRP ITD, Riverdale, MD.
This will enable the broadcast of emergency or pertinent information throughout USDA to key operational staff in the quickest manner utilizing the mobile communication system USDA uses.
This subscription is for a renewal one year will stabilize service without interruptions and ensure if any break downs can be addressed by the vendor and ITD. Maintenance will provide updates and fixes to software interruptions without additional costs to USDA.
The InformaCast Mobile and Maintenance Subscriptions are only provided by Singlewire Software Company as well as maintenance, installation, and upgrades. The implementation of this contract is ensuring for as long as this technology available and required by the USDA. It will be ensured to enable to obtain an agency-wide subscription to this service as a necessary part of achieving cost-savings in its execution of Informacast Mobile and Software Maintenance Contract for USDA.
Small business concerns are encouraged to participate. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals, but instead a market research method to determine interested sources. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose to determine whether conducting a competitive (i.e. non-brand name) procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested sources who submit any software of same name are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. Please provide past performance and references regarding your ability to provide this supply and service along with your Statement of Capability.
