The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This is an 8(a) sole source direct award to ACC3 International Incorperated; CAGE 77NA5. 78 ABW/SCP performs software system support and development for multiple programs enabling
missions across AFMC and especially Robins AFB. In order to continue performing this mission, 78 ABW/SCP requires a development environment separate from the base network suitable to
support these activities. This service is to support the creation of this environment within AFLCMC/HNII cloud hosting services, commonly called CloudOne, and to assist with the
migration of multiple systems and tools to this new environment.
The scope of work associated with this contract includes all activities necessary to successfully establish operational capability for development activities in the Cloud One C1D
environment with 78 ABW/SCP team sponsorship, work to implement and automate tools, build internal pipelines, optimize performance, document architecture, hardware, software and
configurations, and then transition sustainment of the environment to the 78 ABW/SCP Team as requested.
The work described above, and as further outlined in the PWS, requires support through Information Technology (IT) and engineering service professionals with specialized skill sets to
support the requirement.
This requirement is for a One Year base period with a One Year option and an expected Period of Performance of: 30 Sept 2024 to 29 Sept 2026
