This posting serves as notice that the Official Solicitation for “Replace CRAC Unit AFHRA Building 1405" has been posted to sam.gov under Notice ID: FA330024R0058.

Please follow all instructions contained within the attached Solicitation FA330024R0058, and ensure you review all contents of Attachments 1-4.

1. This will be a competitive Total Small Business Set Aside firm-fixed-priced contract. The contracting officer has determined there is a high probability of adequate price competition in this acquisition. This solicitation is being issued on a competitive basis. To assure timely and equitable evaluation of quote, offerors must follow the instructions contained herein. Failure to meet a requirement may result in offeror being ineligible for award. Proposals must be complete, self-sufficient and respond directly to the requirements of this Request for Proposal (RFP).

2. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled at Building 1405, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama on Thursday, 5 September 2024, at 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT). Please provide a list of all attendees and ensure they have their drivers license, proof of vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration. All attendees names will need to be submitted by 3 September 2024, at 12:00 PM CDT. In addition to the attendees name (as reflected on their drivers license), include title and a telephone number for each individual. Submit the requested information to Shamekia Williams at shamekia.williams.1@us.af.mil. Offerors are encouraged to visit the site and take steps as may be reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of work and the general and local conditions that can affect the work or cost thereof. Failure to do so will not relieve contractors from the responsibility for estimating properly the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work.

3. All pertinent questions must be submitted by e-mail 9 September 2024 at 12:00 PM CDT.
