The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to negotiate a competitive Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for The Surface Warfare Engineering School Command (SWESC) Great Lakes, IL for a 8 by 1/2" Hydraulic Shear using the policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333515, Cutting Tool and Machine Tool Accessory Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees.

the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will NOT issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting
