United States Coast Guard Station South Padre Island, TX is accepting proposals for qualified individuals or firms to remove and dispose of unused engine hoist in the boat bay. Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the scope of work and it is highly recommended to visit the facility to take field measurements, evaluations, etc., and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed.

All work shall take place at:

Period of Performance: The project shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days after award date.

FAR 52.237-1 -- Site Visit (Apr 1984).

Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award

All work is to be completed in accordance with the performance work statement.

This will be a firm-fixed construction order awarded to the lowest bidder.

This is set aside 100% for small business.

All contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov.
