AMENDMENT 1 - REVISED SOW AND DRAWINGS ADDED / Question Due date extended

Since the site visit on the 15th, there have been extensive changes to the SOW due to new information. Please ensure to read the revised SOW and view the new drawings. Changes have been highlighted in red.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide all landscaping services associated with Bldg. 1 on Hurlburt Field, FL. Refer to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Drawings for more detailed information.

*This acquisition is solicited as restricted to small businesses only.

Evaluation of commercial services in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
