This is a non-personal services contract to provide Custodial Services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for items specified as Government furnished property. Please see the PWS and technical exhibits for specific details. This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside.

A site visit will be conducted at 3130 Kilgore Rd, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 on August 14th, 2024. Offerors planning to attend the site visit must fill out the Site Visit Questionnaire and submit to Roger Bond at roger.a.bond4.mil@army.mil and Grace Marquez at grace.marquezvelasquez.mil@army.mil by August 9th, 2024, at 12:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST). Offerors will be limited to two (2) participants. The site visit is an opportunity to tour the facility, no questions will be answered during the site visit. If no interest to attend is received an amendment will be issued cancelling the Site Visit.
