This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services and/or supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number for this requirement is FA568224Q0013.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The United States Air Force (USAF) anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for one (1) Diesel Generator and two (2) Electric Heaters in accordance with all requirements set forth in the attached combined synopsis/solicitation. The proposed quotation must also be in accordance with all Greek environmental laws and regulations.

Contractor will provide all tools, supplies, transportation, for the delivery of one (1) Diesel Generator and two (2) Electric Heaters at Larissa AB, Greece with specifications below:

Diesel Generator

• 330-375KvA or 264-300Kw
• 364 amps total for two (2) EA. 50Hz 400v feeds
• Battery disconnect switch
• Battery charger
• Jacket water heater
• Supply and return connections for external fuel tank

Electric Heaters

• Heating power - 120Kw
• Air flow rate - 9000m3/hr
• Connection - 400V
• Current consumption - 182A Max
• Air pressure - 600 Pa continuous operation
• Fuse/plug - 200A/direct connection
• Must include 100-meter flex hose compatible with provided heater

Delivery to Larissa AB. Greece must be included in Total Price.

Specific Instructions
All offerors are required to complete and submit the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation of this solicitation IAW all instructions set forth in the document.

*NOTE: Any responses not containing technical specifications specific to the submitted solution will not be accepted, and will be considered not responsive. Contractors MUST NOT merely repeat the requirements listed in CLINs 0001 and 0002.

BASIS FOR AWARD: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Reference attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for more information.
