The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source IDIQ Contract to ISLAND EMPIRE TECHOLOGY SYSTEMS, LLC. The proposed IDIQ Contract is for supplies and services for the Polynet Maintenance and Support Services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with ISLAND EMPIRE TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS, LLC. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act 41 USC 253(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Justification for the determination is attached. The following FAR Part 12 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.12- 4 (Feb 2007) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 (Apr 2008) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price IDIQ Contract.
