The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
Project Name: Install a concrete pad with footings, mounting bolts, and electrical for future installation of an AFM (Automated Fee Machine).
Magnitude: In accordance with FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this project is: Less than $25,000.
Scope of Work: The AFM is not part of this summary of work, only the excavation, concrete, electrical upgrades, patching, speed bump, and clean up/restoration of the work area necessary for the future installation of the AFM are to be performed.
Period of Performance: 30 days after receiving the notice to proceed.
Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 7/31/2024 at 1:00PM ET. An amendment with responses from any RFIs will be sent after the site visit, if any. For additional information, see page #29 of 31 of the solicitation document.
Submittal Method: All bids shall be emailed to: Dennis.koba@usda.gov in accordance with the BID PREPARATIONS INSTRUCTIONS on page # 29 of 33 in the soliciation document.
Bid Opening Date: Thursday, 8/8/2024, 2:30 PM ET. For additional information, please see page #30 of 31 of the solicitation document.
Award of Contract: One award will be made from this Invitation for Bid (IFB), contractors must submit pricing for all items on the schedule of items. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible offeror who is responsive to the solicitation. Responsibility will be determined in accordance with FAR Subpart 9.104-1.
