The government requires Contractor services for two (2) semi-annual preventative maintenance checks and repairs of two bale press systems and all loose conveyor belt lines per year as well as on-call as-needed repairs, modifications, and service to any hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and programming outside the scheduled preventative maintenance dates during the base year period, and during each option period exercised under the contract.
The vendor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, and equipment in accordance with these specifications, general provisions, and all other conditions of this solicitation necessary for preventative maintenance and repairs to the listed equipment.
This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-6. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a small business size standard of $12.5 Million.
