Rational Basis for Use of Single Source Award Procedures:

Standardization of current system. The Government has previously procured the initial variation of this package under

DHS-CBP Purchase Order 70B02C22P00000638 and it is deployed for the national security of the United States. To ensure product standardization, the Government requires a single source procurement of the

pulseEKKO DVL-500 from Sensors & Software Inc.
