The U.S. Embassy in London seeks to procure a government vehicle of the van type. Only companies specializing in this field are invited to submit proposals.

The Government plans to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, and responsible offeror. The Government reserves the right to award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions. The resulting contract will be firm fixed-price.

It is mandatory for all companies conducting business with the U.S. Government, with contract values exceeding $30,000, to register on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at www.sam.gov. Registration requires standard information, including the company’s legal name, street address, contact details, and the types of goods and services offered. An NCAGE code is necessary for SAM registration. If not already obtained, this information must be acquired before registration. There is no cost associated with obtaining an NCAGE code or registering in SAM. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to prevent any delays in awarding the contract to the successful bidder.

This pre-solicitation notice is posted on July 23, 2024, and will remain open for 15 days.
